Mikkel Kessler looks like he will get the boxing match in the USA, he always dreamed off.

According to the Saturdays release of the news paper B.T. can Kessler look forward to a fight with the American superstar Jermain Taylor.

"It probaly won't be Jermains next fight, but Mikkel is without a doubt his future opponent. I will call Mogens (Kesslers Promoter) one of these days, because this is a fight, that we both want.
But I also feel that both Jermain and Mikkel needs a tune up, before they clash." says Jermain Taylors promoter Lou DeBella, to B.T.

My money is on that Lacy, is Kesslers tune up.

Looks like Kessler will be 41-1 by the end of the year !!!

I can't imagine why Lacy would turn down a fight with Tarver only to then accept a fight with Kessler. His chances would seem much better against the 39 y/o Tarver. The only suspense in a Kessler-Lacy fight would be if it goes the distance or not.

Good that Kessler's coming back fighting some great opposition. He would beat Lacy badly, Taylor would be a tough one if Taylor moves a lot he could neutralize his jab/straight right, but I would give Kessler the edge.

Even though i think kessler would use him for target practice and bounce shots of him all night, id still fance lacy to beat jermain though.
jermain's stamina is very poor and lacy would hound him form round one plus jermain couldn't take lacy punch so i'd fance lacy to beat him.

Kessler needs to get back into the ring soon; it’s not like he took a terrible beating from Calzaghe as did Lacy. As for potential opponents, I like a matchup with him and Sergio “the Latin ****” Mora. I think Kessler dominates Mora very easily and Sergio poses little risk but good name recognition….
