He's done at welter for sure. When it comes to fighting Cotto or Mayweather, they wouldn't fight him with two loses.

I think if williams was still undeafted he would'nt get a shot at Mayweather anyways. Maybe he would of got one against Cotto but who knows. Can anyone see Williams movin up a weight class?

I think he's gonna have to eventually anyway. Hi body will force him to. He can go to 154. Not that many physically imposing guys that will over power you. So going to 154 is not dangerous at all. Now if he were to move up to 160 he might have a problem.

I think this is a move pw has to make. no one was willing to fight him with a belt so he at least needs a belt so he could have hopes of getting one of the percieved top fighters of the division.
