    Sweatsuit

A friend of mine recently started using a sweatsuit and it’s really helped him get cut. His abs are a lot more visible and he’s just leaner overall. He doesn’t do cardio he just does weight training with a sweatsuit on and says he sweats a lot. I do a lot of cardio, mainly running at the gym and I was wondering if I should incorporate a sweatsuit while I do cardio work. I’ve gotten mixed messages regarding sweatsuits from most people and sources I’ve checked and since a lot of boxers use sweatsuits I was wondering if anyone really knew the facts. Some people say it helps with getting cut because you sweat more thereby burning more fat meanwhile others say that it’s just temporary because you just gain back the additional water weight dropped when you drink. I know boxers use it to drop weight but I wonder if it’s a short term weight loss or if I should use it.
    ~Thanks

The weight lost is 95% fluid which will go back on , but you will burn just a little fat because the body is running hotter which uses more energy and so uses some extra fuel ,,,,,, but its mostly water, , the plus side is you sweat more you drink more water , more water being consumed means your system is being flushed of waste products more efficiently , a sweatsuit or train in a hot climate gives pretty much the same deal .
