You have good side to side movement, but when he throws a shot then you pull straight back, which can be dangerous.

I agree, and u use your left hand too much to block every shot, use head movement too,u also got a habit of when trying to throw a combo, you run in and swing for the fences and leave your chin wide open for a shot,BUT,u didnt look bad,u seem composed at times, not to mention ur sparring partner was a southpaw,u did good

give yourself space to work when you have him against the ropes. you being the shorter boxer are at an advantage so you can bend down and go to work on the body which will eventually leave openings for headshots. Standing upright in those situations as you did in the video does not allow for any opportunities and can easily land you off balance.

That was a short ass ring, must of been hard to create space. Pretty good though.

]use Your Jab!!! Before You Rush In Come In Behind A Jab. Its Like I Have Said In Alibomber's Thread If You Have A Great Jab You Can Beat 99 % Of Amateurs. Do This Tuck A Towel In Between Your Right Elbow And Your Body And Throw Only Jabs For 15 Minutes A Day And Dont Let The Towel Fall From Your Elbow, If It Does Start All Over. In One Week Your Right Hand Will Stay High By Muscle Memory. Switch It To Your Left Elbow And Body And Throw Lead / Straight Rights For One Week And You Will Have The Same Results. NO I DONT BUT GET IN YOUR BOXING POSITION. LEFT HAND IN FRONT RIGHT IN BACK.

PUT YOUR RIGHT FIST SHOULD BE 1 1/2 INCHES UNDER YOUR RIGHT EYE. OR YOU CAN PUT IT ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT PART OF YOUR YOUR EYE SOCKET.

WHERE YOUR ARM TOUCHES YOUR CHEST, ROLL UP AND PUT A TOWEL BETWEEN YOUR BODY AND ARM.

THROW JABS FOR 15-20 MINUTES A DAY FOR 7 DAYS AND YOUR BODY FORMS MUSCLE MEMORY. AFTER 2-3 WEEKS YOUR BODY WILL BE USED TO KEEPING YOUR HAND THERE THAT IT WONT EVEN BE HABIT, YOUR BODY WILL JUST BE USED TO KEEPING YOUR HAND THERE SO WHEN YOU BOX IT AUTOMATICALLY DOES IT ITSELF.

AFTER YOU GET THE JAB DOWN THEN DO THE SAME THING WITH YOUR LEFT AND THROW STRAIGHT/ LEAD RIGHTS. YOUR BODY WILL AGAIN FORM MUSCLE MEMORY AND YOUR BODY WILL AUTOMATICALLY KEEP YOUR LEFT HAND UP.

                    JUST TRY IT, IT WORKS.
