    Where does Hopkins legacy stand if he beats Joe Calzaghe ?? where does he stand in the higher echelons of Boxing what other Greats do u rank him alongside

    Depends how he wins. If he headbutts and elbows his way to an ugly robbery, no credit. If he beats Joe fair and square (which is possible,) it definitely kicks him up a notch.

          It's hard to imagine this for obvious reasons but It would make him the 3rd most sucessfull boxer in the last 10 years after Roy Jones and Floyd Mayweather.

            i know what to expect from hopkins.feel he's going to have to use dirty tactics to have a chance against cal. even if he does get an ugly robbery(in vegas it could happen) IMO it will add to his legacy.

              Beating an undefeated near prime P4P fighter would definitely put him up a notch. Who cares if he headbutts and hits on the hip, it's a ****ing fight.

                  I expect some of that too. By robbery I meant if he's able to win 2 or 3 rounds and make a few more look close and the judges give it to him. If he wins fairly, like someone already said, probably up there with RJJ, FMJ and DLH over the past 10 or 15 years.
