I see Pavlik fans talking about how he closed the show, beat Jermain soundly, and sent the ex-champion down the road. Then a Taylor fan screams gift decision or robbery and says Pavlik is lucky as ****.

It was a close fight:

One man landed harder shots with accuracy.
The other moved forward and landed more shots.

It was a close fight either way and the judges just went with the busier fighter; I thought Jermain could have barely won, but I didn't score it; I just remember thinking it could go either way.

Taylor is my favorite fighter, it was close coming into the last 2 rounds and Pavlik won them. It is what it is, both guys fought hard, Pavlik just had more in the last 2 rounds.
