Is Kelly Pavlik's Power Slightly Overrated ??

Im not saying he isn't a big puncher but i have never really considered Pavlik a devastating puncher, he wear's his opponent's down with a barrage of left jab's and right hands whats your opinions ??

his punches imo are very hard and placed, because of his long arms, and rigorous training,
but its moreso the volume he throws.

He might be a good one-punch K.O. artist if that was his goal.
But he throws alot of heavy punches all the time, so he breaks people down like you say.
If someone comes at you throwing only hard shots, your body will be expecting them and deal with them rather nicely.
But if the same guy comes out throwing pitty-pats for awhile and then unleashes a hard punch, your body won't expect it, thus making it harder to cope.

Personally I don't think Pavlik is that hard of a puncher as some make him out to be.

His power is probably slightly overrated, some mistake him to be a one punch knockout artist when he does more damage through accumultation.

          As a fighter, I don't feel he's overrated.

I think you are misunderstanding im not hating on Pavlik and i never said Pavlik wasn't a good puncher, but most fans think he has 1 punch KO power when that is not the case, what people are misunderstanding is that Kelly Pavlik wears his opponent's down with volume punching in most of his fights, where as other Middleweights like McClellan and Jackson could turn your lights out with 1 punch.

Pavlik has punching power. The people who say he is a one punch KO artist are wrong though.

                One punch KO power.
