It was a tough round to score, so I was nice enough to give Pavlik the round.

Taylor was robbed. That seemed clear to me the first time i seen the fight (live) and still does. No hate on kelly though, he did what he had to do and he's a decent fighter who "fights anybody" and i appreciate that.

I scored it exactly the same way the second time I watched it.

The first time, I gave Taylor the 11th.

What did Pavlik do to win round 9??
I just went back and watched the round Pavlik outworked Taylor clearly in that round by landing solid jabs and right hands and a few good body shots here and there, Taylor had a little flash in the middle round and landed 2 good left hooks and 2 body shots with 10 seconds left in the round, but they were only spurts Pavlik won most of the round and he fought the entire 3 minutes of the round. And i just had a look at the numbers in that round and Compubox had Pavlik landing 28 out of 78 punches where as Taylor landed 16 out of 35.

So you just scored it cause compubox told you Pavlik landed more punches?? Next time watch the fight with your eyes, sir. The 2 men that were controlling the compubox on Saturday were on crack.

Next time you watch a fight, pay attention to both men, not just one man.

I understand you frustration, Jean Guy,, Vraiment
It sucks when your fighter loses not becasue of what the other guy did.. But becasue of what YOUR guy didnt do..
But that is exactly the case...

Could Taylor have won??? yes.. Therefore.. He has no one to blame but himself..

No i was just giving you the stats i had Taylor winning rounds where he was outlanding by Compubox, the fact is Taylor was serverly outworked in the 9th and only fought in spurts, Pavlik fought the entire 3 minutes of the round and landed good solid shots the only real solid shots Taylor landed in that round was 2 left hooks where as Pavlik landed solid right hands on at least 4 occasions, sorry but Taylor's round stealing flurries didn't cut it for me in the 9th.

How can Taylor blame himself? Taylor did everything right in that fight, even Ray Charles could've seen who was the winner.

Both men impressed me with their defense, Pavlik was covering his face like Winky Wright and Taylor moved his head like Whitaker, this was the reason we didn't see any knockdowns in the fight.

Pavlik was clearly out boxed by Taylor, in his head Pavlik knew he lost the fight.
