Taylor The New Lacy?

Even though im a massive fan of Jermain Taylor. I do think these two losses will mean, he won't get back to where he once was.

- I think his technique has got even worse. Did you see how wild those lefts he were throwing yesterday were?

- His head movement is good.

- But coming off two losses his confidence will be shot.

Im sure he will still be better than Lacy. But we may see the downward spiral of Taylors career from here. Credit to Pavlik though.

his confidence is maybe gonna be a bit shaky as lacy, but he is a far better fighter than lacy! plus he has huge wins over bhop, and when lacy stepped up he was exposed. taylor just lost! he is still as good as ever!

I really think Taylor is in denial about his losses. Jermain has great confidence and feels he is still better than Pavlik.

Jermain has achieved so much more then lacy thats why i dont think they should even begin to be compared

No I don't think he was. Lacy was highly regraded and humliated. Taylor wasn't and looked a lot better in the second fight.

Lacy's done. Taylor can still go on ahead.

he has big wins over b-hop, he badly hurt pavlik to lose an exciting fight, and now he loses by UD in a fight that wasn't the blowout many people expected it to be. Pavlik has been destroying everyone, and anyone that can go a full 12 with him is obviously not a bum

No, Taylor fought alot better coing off his firslt loss and many people had TaYLOR WINNING THE FIGHT, INCLUDING MYSELF.

i loved lacey back in 04 - 05 but i dont think hes the same.. he had that awesome attitude and was raw.. i dunno where he stands.. ill give him 2 fights to get back on track b/c his last ******.

taylor is still a really a top fighter. he lost to the same person twice, he can beat the majority of the SMW division so i say no..
