Just curious because damn, that **** lacked drama or anything exciting. I saw that **** posted here, and was like, wtf just happened? I saw some illegal moves by Kimbo, and then a bunch of shots that dropped the guy, and before it could get really exciting, ref jumps in and it's over. Who would pay something like 49.99 to watch a fight end that quickly with no drama? I think that's what the majority of MMA/UFC matches I watch lack, the drama that makes boxing what it is. It's almost like most of the matches become anti climatic the way they are over so fast before you realize wtf just happened.
Would someone had paid PPV price to see Kimbo fight?

MMA really has to put together a great card from start to finish in order for me to pay $40-$50 to watch it. And if it were headlined by Kimbo, there's not a ****ing chance I would ever order it. -
The main event itself wasn't all that great, i have to admit, but the OVERALL card was pretty good. You had 5 fights, with 4 ending in devestating Ko's. For free, it sure as hell beat dishing out $50 for last nights boxing matches.Comment

Hmmm, that depends bro. If you enjoy watching a fighter enough, such as Pavlik, those 12 rds were intense and exciting. I mean, that's another thing. Pay 50 bucks to see a 20 second KO on MMA, or 50 bucks to see 12 exciting rds. What would you take?Comment

the difference is, MMA showcases many NON PPV matches. Nowaday's, u have to pay to watch freaking JCC jr for christ sakes. I have never paid to watch an MMA ppv. Boxing is really getting out of hand with all these ppv's.Comment

I don't think anyone is going to pay to watch Kimbo beat some 43 year old man with a losing record. I guess they are taking it pretty slow with him, maybe in another 5 or 6 fights he might get in there with a live body.Just curious because damn, that **** lacked drama or anything exciting.
