After reviewing the fight again i have to hold my hands up and admit that Pavlik won i had it by 8 rounds to 4 for Pavlik

on my defence i did see the fight on a ****ty foreign stream ,but i can see from watching the fight again that although Taylor landed some clean shots he could'nt be rewarded with some of the rounds cause he was inactive for the 1st 2 minutes then he was flurrying in the last minute of the rounds to try and steel them ,and although Pavlik was primarly hitting the gloves a lot in those 2 minutes of the rounds he was still more active & he was forcing the fight

I agree, the word "robbery" doesn't mean a close fight, it means you dominated the fight but the decision went to the guy who was dominated.
Pavlik-Taylor II is far from a robbery, it's just a close decision.

Yeah you're right, Mayweather did'nt get a gift vs Castillo. He won easily by landing half as many punches and running away for most of the fight.
