    Divisions need restructuring

    Klitckho 6'5ish 240ish????
An average heavyweight 6' 200ish. I mean thats the
average man weight who is in shape. I dont mean heavyweight boxing shape. This dude runs, weights blah blah. 40 pound difference. 40!!!!!! Thats more than
Tito at 160 fighting Kostya Tszyu. Should be 2 splits
per division. IE Welter, Super Welter, Heavy, Super
Heavy. The only division that should have more is
Heavy. Seems to me they just keep getting bigger and
bigger. When will it be to much to ask the smaller
    guy? 6'2 210 vs 6'7 275.

I don't think there's enough talent out there to make a split. I mean just now we see that the heavys are lacking imagine if you wanna divide that up even more. Also, its not really lopsided. The smaller guys will always have a chance against bigger fighters. So no I don't think size matters in HV.

i think its a good idea but it wont happen. i think that promoters wont let it happen because it may take some shine off of boxings biggest money maker. it would also rid the heavyweight division of the little remaining depth it has now. i dont think anyone would want to see a super heavy weight division because there would only be big plodding dudes that lack everything but power. for example valuev, feilds, and wlad (dont hate )

I think there should be less divisions. I can't remember like 20 different champions. Then they got it split up with the wba and wbc and all that. So overall theres like 100 champs!

I take it you are talking about Vitali. He's 6'7.5" and he weighs in the 245-250 lbs range.

I think it's fine they way it is. Lighter HW's are usually better anyway. It's fun to watch a smaller guy take on a giant.

just look at tyson, he, if my memory serves me correctly, done alright in the 80's lol, and he is small for a HW

when it comes to that size, you cant split it further, toehrwise it means roy jones would have to put on another 50 pounds to be champ at another weight lololol
