Just as I thought, I come in here and of course there are idiots crying robbery

i was rooting for taylor. i wanted taylor to win so bad and i thought he was going to pull it off. he was boxing. he was being patient. it seemed like he was choosing his shots and conserving his energy for the later rounds except, he never went the extra mile. there was no robbery here. Pavlik pressued and landed more shots. Taylor may have made the most noise, but Pavlik kept working. Stop ****ing crying and move on.

people think that if you land 1 or 2 showy flurries a round, while ur opponent is throwing and landing double the punches just with one punch at a time, that you win.

some people just dont know what they are looking at is all.

The flip side of that is you are also missing double the punches.

I agree, 20 seconds of activity in a round doesn't win you a round against a guy who works for the whole 3 minutes.

What does it matter how many punches you miss with, if you are landing significantly more power punches and jabs?

This is what Pavlik did in 12 rounds, punching air and cover his face.

Yea OK he won the fight.

It raises a question about effectiveness.
