he has fans, we just lost patience with him for failing to KO Kelly and for fighting Ouma and Spinks. he won a lot of fans back over tonight for the way he outboxed Pavlik

He got robbed because he was black and not white kelly pavlik. They counted landed punches as kelly kept punching taylors gloves... Why count punches that land on the gloves? The gloves are suppose to come in contact with the skin not with the other gloves.

i saw jermain taylor fight on fnf a long time ago, b4 he won the title.. i'm a huge taylor fan.. he mad a lot of improvements.. give him time, he's gna b fine

I don't feel bad for Taylor one bit. I don't think he beat Hopkins convincingly enough to take the title in the first place. Those two fights and every one after that were boring. He was a boring champion. Maybe Pavlik will create a little more excitement than Taylor did. Taylor did do a lot better in this fight, but the guy just doesn't generate enough excitement in the sport.

The certainly could not be found yesterday. I offered to put up all my points, KP over JT and no takers. But tonight they come out of the woodwork. Pure hangers and he still lost.

They'll do the same thing when Oscar gets his ass kicked by FM again. You won't find ONE who will open their mouth before the fight but they'll sure jump on here with "sage-like" knew it all along after. Pure hangers...
