You choose a certain amount of points you wanna bet with someone, and if you lose, the way you pay is, you see a Donate under someone's username? You click that and you donate the amount you bet. If you win you will get a private message from the loser giving you the money when he does.

Its easy, you just put the bet in your sig then after the fight. If you lost the bet you find the user you bet with and click "donate" set amount of points to them and if you win you just wait for them to donate the points to you
