You have to open your web browser, and press alt+F4, that gives you the link to sopcast.

Depends on the guy you're getting a stream from. and your own internet connection

I saw the Taylor-Pavlik I just fine with the stream.
Hatton-Mayweather on the other hand, it was very laggy and choppy, so I don't know, it depends on the server.
