    Huge Doubleheader in July!!!!!

according to doug fisher over at mboxing sources close to don king have confirmed that not only does kelly pavlik-felix trinidad middleweight championship fight looks about done but that co-headlining would be miguel cotto-ricardo mayorga.......in MSG........and of course on HBO PPV......i hope this goes down.....wonder who would get the louder ovation?....i get goosebumps thinking about tito winning the undisputed middleweight title.....

iF its true, i'm really looking forward to cotto - mayorga! pavlik at this stage would blow trinidad away in about 6 or 7 rounds IMO.

I'd bet anything that if these fights get done, they're not on the same card. You don't give away two PPV fights on one night. I can believe Pavlik-Tito, but not Cotto-Mayorga.

geez that would be a great card, but Pavlik has to get by Taylor which may not happen

That's what I thought when I saw it...

2 PPV stars, on the same card.

            BULL****!

if cotto-mayorga happens, i don't think it'll be the same night.. they want pavlik-trinidad to be on June 7th, the eve of the PR Day parade.. they're not gonna have cotto fight April 12 then right back again on June 7th

bob arum was sitting next to dan rafael during his chat and arum told him mayorga was only an option for cotto if margarito/cintron was injuried and couldn't fight in july. personally i would love to see this. let margarito/cintron fight clottey and then the winner can fight cotto after that.

no way does pavlik blow tito away......tito still has some gas left in the tank and would give pavlik a good test....if he beats my boy in impressive fashion pavlik would become and even bigger star instead of fighting uknowns like abraham and whoever else holds fake titles in the middleweight division......but of course all i see is tito landing a crushing left hook adding another page to his historic career....
