What the hell? I like re-watching Mayweather Judah, oh well each to their own.

I think people expected Schmeling vs Louis II to be better than it was, or atleast a bit longer.

Germany had their hopes on a Schmeling win and the US obviously backed Joe Louis, the result was a cold-blooded one round demolition by Louis. Schmeling folded under the pressure, Louis didn't. Probably the calmest fighter ever.

Jeffries vs Johnson was supposed to be the fight of the century, instead it turned out to be the most one-sided fight of the century as Johnson mauled Jeffries mercilessly, carrying him in the fight until finally ending it in the 15th round.

Ali's rematch with Liston was obviously a big disappointment.

Dempsey's return fight against Gene Tunney was ugly, Dempsey was easily outboxed. The second fight was a bit better.

Frazier vs Quarry II wasn't nearly as good as the first one. It was a decent fight but very one-sided for Frazier, the first one was great.

I hope the Taylor vs Pavlik rematch will turn out to be a pleasant surprise, I'm expecting a good one but not as good one as the first one.

Out of your choices I'd also use Chagaev-Skelton. It had to be as bad as the other two fights they were in. Also, Briggs falling apart and getting blown out by Darrol Wilson on HBO was pretty good.

I'll give you the Briggs/Wilson fight was pretty good. Chagaev/Skelton wasn't that hyped of a fight, but I see your point. Briggs is my boy and I have been a longtime fan of his, but he has failed to deliver. The only fight he delivered action in what I thought was a close winning effort was his draw with Botha, but people didn't expect too much from him in hta fight.
