The philippines coulda had some legendary champs over the years if they had only gotten some exposure and their shots when they were in their primes. Mexican fighters get exposure they can take a 2hour drive to go fight a big name in the u.s. Filipino fighters gotta save up a 2,000dollar round trip ticket they cant afford to get their shot. But because of guys like Pacquiao and Donaire Americans travel to the Philippines now to look for talent. In 10 yrs time there will be more Filipino titleholders than mexican titleholders
