Question about the taylor and pavlik rematch

Why did taylor want to fight above middlewieght for the rematch?
Pavlik wil have the advantage because hes alot bigger then taylor imo and it wont be a title fight so he will be title less why didnt he just want a rematch at middle for the title again?

He probably feels more comfortable at that weight or he's having trouble going down to 160.

lol true he would of won though but i think he gave up mentally and didnt give enough respect to pavliks power.

He said he was planning on moving up to supermiddle before the pavlik fight because he was having more and more problems making weight.

But I agree that a heavier weight should favor pavlik a bit, but you never know, maybe taylor will have more energy now he doesn't have to lose as much weight. we'll see
