Mayweather gets a lot of love from nuthuggers on this site but after reading through some threads i cannot believe the hate he gets also. People discredit his victory over Oscar while i myself thiught that was a great win. I bet Miguel Cotto would get credit for a win over Oscar. Hatton was seen as a threat to Floyd now thatr win is meaningless. People say Oscar was a poor win for PBF but what about Mosley who is two years older. I'm starting to think that if Floyd beat Cotto people would say that it was a meaningless win. Some people swing on his nuts too much but to some he cant do no right. To all Cotto fans make no excuses if the fight gets made and i completely agree that he should be fighting Cotto but i can see a few saying Cotto was not the real challenger and then list Margarito as the real challenger even if he beat Wlad he'd still get hate. I'd just like an answer from Cotto and Marg fans as to why all of Floyds victories are deemed unimportant and meaningless compared to Cottos or other fighters

The only reason he gets so much hate from Cotto/Marg fans is because they havent got a shot, so the nuthuggers start to ***** about him. Nuthuggoing cant be explained without the use of the words "suck", "****", "cum", "face" and "you love it". This thread wont last long, nobody who hates on him will reply to this.Mayweather gets a lot of love from nuthuggers on this site but after reading through some threads i cannot believe the hate he gets also. people dislike what Floyd did with Oscar because Oscar has no relevance in the Welterweight division, it's NOW that he wants to drop back down and do something. they made because ever since winning his championship from a Welterweight who gave him HIS shot he has yet to defend his crown and has shown no intention whatsoever to do so against worthy, young and hungry competition in Welterweight. no doubt the win was impressive and even the Hatton win, as unnecessary as it was, was amazing but ask yourself do we really need to see a rematch of Floyd against someone who had no qualification to fight him in the first place over someone like Miguel Cotto? or Shane Mosley who beat Oscar twice? or **** it give a young ***** some shine take on Andre Berto but take on a legit Welterweight and defend the crown against one..Mayweather gets a lot of love from nuthuggers on this site but after reading through some threads i cannot believe the hate he gets also. say what you want about Cotto but even today Shane Mosley is a harder fight than De La Hoya, Shane doesn't gas and can take just about anything you hit him with, has yet to be stopped and BEAT Oscar twice already, that alone cements him as a tougher fight. they dislike the fights Floyd was in NOT because they weren't eventful and amazing but because it wasn't against legit opposition. it wasn't for legacy because thats why he picked Oscar and not the guy who beat him twice ya dig, he knows what he doing and so do you.. don't get me wrong pimpin get ya hustle on and **** everybody else right? but then again don't act all surprised and off guard when fans hate the **** out of you. the job of the best is to take on the best and De La Hoya hasn't been a pound for pound fighter since 2003 before scoring Floyd so you be the judge..
apologies for the long read but you have to open your eyes, you gotta realize that it's not hate it's impatience, everybody who so called "hates" on Floyd either respect his skills or holds a **** in they mouth ya feel me? but if he going into his 3rd fight as a Welterweight title holder and has yet to defend the crown against LEGIT Welterweight opposition you can't blame those people for complaining. I stopped complaining about the **** because I realize he's just waiting for everybody else to unify the other belts, he's just saving his spot with that belt because so far he's done it NO justice and that can't be denied homie, this is his 3rd fight coming up yo time is ticking, he's milking it yo because aight go give Oscar a rematch but why make that your ONLY fight for 2008? ya feel what I'm saying? he doing a lot of sneaky **** and painting a big ass image when real *****z see right threw it..
I say **** it, do what you do Floyd just be ready for that day when it's either put up or shut up and you HAVE to face another legit Welterweight, score ya pay day's for now just make sure you ready for when you going up against someone who can likely whip that ass too.. I respect Floyd Mayweather and I want to see him shine 100% but even with respect for dude I can still point out the negatives of his choices and ****Comment

Ican see what your saying but its more why are Floyds wins not as impressive. I know Hatton came up from 140 but that was a top class win IMO and the DLH win was a great win some choose DLH over Cotto i personally feel Cotto would beat DLH but it would be a very tight fight and plus Floyd went up in weight and gave away a lot of Weight to Oscar. That win was a great win in my book and i feel that Shane and Oscar are evenly matched at this stage of their careers its just Cotto gets mad credit for beating shane while Floyd is critiscized for beating who i feel would beat all the WWs except from Cotto and Floyd.Comment

see my problem with that assessment is that although De La Hoya MAY beat a lot of guys at Welterweight he WASN'T a legit Welterweight while Shane was. you say some people say DLH could beat Cotto, I don't see how and you also say that you think DLH can beat anybody outside of Cotto, we forgetting Shane here who beat DLH 2 times. my point is it ain't about credit or props it's about rank and Cotto beating Shane is more significant than Floyd beating Oscar for the Welterweight division at this point, Shane was a highly ranked Welterweight heavy in the mix and Cotto beat him, Floyd's win over Oscar does nothing for Welterweight and neither does a Ricky Hatton bout and even less a DLH rematch ya feel me?I can see what your saying but its more why are Floyds wins not as impressive. I know Hatton came up from 140 but that was a top class win IMO and the DLH win was a great win some choose DLH over Cotto i personally feel Cotto would beat DLH but it would be a very tight fight and plus Floyd went up in weight and gave away a lot of Weight to Oscar. Gomez been at least in Welterweight for a minute, he's beaten some good names and is a solid opponent looking for his chance which is understood and a Mayorga fight will add to his list of former champions. no difference with Oscar's choices except Cotto is doing all of this at Welterweight where it matters for him. Oscar is a legend and all but truth be told he doesn't pertain to Welterweight unlike Shane Mosley who does which is why Shane is a bigger win for Cotto than what Oscar was to Floyd.. no doubt Floyd gave up weight and all and he took chances but what does that have to do with fighting the best fighters in his division? then he makes Hatton go up to Welterweight to sneak in a defense against a non Welterweight and is doing the same with Oscar again..
everything aside DLH has not part in this title mix at Welterweight, Floyd brought him back from the wind, he put him back in a position to make money, he needed Floyd to be back in the hype but truth be told since 2003 Oscar has been a wounded duck. Floyd is playing along to score the money yo it's obvious this fight as nice as it was didn't need to happen, it proved nothing because Oscar still has a better Welterweight record than Floyd ya feel me, he proved nothing really and is about to go and prove nothing again and then on top of that in 2008 all he is doing is proving nothing to us and giving an undeserving opponent a chance at a major Welterweight title.. there's no justification for that, you can explain it but you can't justify it ya dig.Comment

I dont hate on his skills at all. he is very skilled. i think he is boring to watch and an arrogant headcase (not all his fault, Sr. has a lot to do with that) douschbag, but very skilled. Some say that about Hopkins, but he is my favorite fighter of all time, so that is kinda weird that i find floyd boring, but enjoy Bhop - probably a Philly thing.Mayweather gets a lot of love from nuthuggers on this site but after reading through some threads i cannot believe the hate he gets also. I didnt give floyd **** the first time he fought oscar, though oscar was 8 years out of his prime, but floyd deserved the pay day. I do give him **** for fighting oscar again. there is just no need for it.
I think floyd gets most of his hate because he makes claims of being the GOAT or an ATG, and that carries a lot of weight with it. So far as he sets the bar that high, he will be judged accordingly.Comment
