Ive got cotto in a big win, What i don't understand is, why would he dumb down the skill of his opponent? for a pay day? really he could fight,Williams, Hatton, Margarito, even JCC can come up for a fight. But hey It's a money racket

Williams just lost to a guy Cotto assaulted in 5 rounds and took his title, Hatton got KTFO by Floyd and doesn't belong at Welterweight and never did, Margarito is fighting Cintron for the opportunity to win the IBF title and fight Cotto in July to unify with his and if you are asking Chavez Jr., he would be carried out of the ring since he isn't even close to ready for the elite. If it was for a "pay day", I don't think Gomez isn't someone who brings a gigantic pot of money that Cotto would salivate at.
