he looks good, but its ****** for him to post his workout videos because pavlik can study his workout videos... what an idiot, he should have released it after the fight. So it appears taylor has greatly improved his defense and his timing ability to throw punches at the right time. Now, pavlik knows aswell since he probably has seen this video

well i doubt it cuz the vid was just released today and i dont think pavlik can capitalize on it anyway

im pretty sure pavlik already thinks he has the fight in the bag so he's not searching for vids on taylor

taylor looked great in training last time around too, everybody was saying he'd dominate pavlik and we saw what really happened. everybody looks great punching the bag, it's gonna be alot different once he has the heavy fisted kelly pavlik in front of him. great training sessions aren't going to erase the memory of getting knokced the **** out by pavlik, once taylor gets in the ring and pavlik is there, he'll be too scared to make his new plan work
