My Pacquiao-Marquez Prediction, Pacquiao by Brutalization

Ya know, I usually don't make too many outcome predictions. I go with the, this is what's gonna happen probably, or this will happen instead. But this fight, (yes you can Ctrl-D this thread now ) , I'm getting a hunch, Manny is gonna pull out one of his invincible looking performances. His training has been mostly hush hush compared to the usual from Mr. Ronnie. He began training in advanced which he hasn't done in awhile. He's sooo focused on beating Marquez as he knows just exactly what it means. Last Mexican, the guy he couldn't beat or put away, and finally, to win a true World Title - to become THE MAN at 130lbs. I think Manny's gonna go in there and surprise a lot of us and completely bomb Marquez out of there. Pacquiao KO under 10 rds.

    very ballsy prediction.

i've got a back and forth war of attrition with marquez winning a close one over pac.

I just hope Marquez has enough left in the tank, because he can outbox Pacman on his worst day that's for sure.

Marquez knows what to do against pac. Pac may be on them roids but that wont help him in the fight. And you are forgetting Humberto Sotto if he beat Marquez then to complete the theme he needs to fight Sotto and don't tell me about his lose cause pac fought Morales when Morales already had 2 Loses coming into both 1st and 2nd fight with pac.

Marquez boxes well and is a smart fighter. Plus with Nacho Beristain in his corner you know he'll be well prepared. I see this being a close fight. Pacquiao's quick hands will be a problem at times for Marquez, but I think Maruquez counter punches Pac well and finishes strong to get a close SD.

Everything you guys mentioned can happen no doubt. But I'm thinking, Manny is gonna surprise a lot of us. Heck, maybe he'll gain 20lbs and just simply overpower Marquez after the weigh-in. I dunno, but I think Marquez is definitely subceptible to power shots. Look at the Barrera fight. He was winning easily that 7th rd and then gets caught by a clean shot to the jaw at the end of round. I think Manny will have his plan figured out for this rematch how to get his power shots in and I don't think Marquez will be able to take them all night.

I Think Pacman stops him this time b/c IMO Manny is a much improved fighter from the first fight! Contrary to the most people, I believed Pacman did enough to get the UD the first time. Marquez had slight success moving to his left to avoid Pacquiao's big left & counter punching when Manny was off-balance or out of positioning. Now that Pacman had developed a right hand, where is Marquez going to go? I heard Nacho say that now that Manny is a better fighter he has become more predictable...I guess so Nacho

Marquez's best bet is to look for openings & counter-punch or even try to take the fight to Manny (since he has shown problems fighting off the back foot in recent fights). This fight won't look like the Barrera/Pacman rematch, where Marco was content to survive for 12 rds... Oh naw, Juan has revenge on his mind & he's coming to fight! Both Marquez bros have a tendency to engage in brawls a little more than they should, especially with their amount of technical ability, so it wouldn't suprise me to see Juan try to mix it up with Pacman & that will be his undoing... I like Pacman by 8th rd K.O.

I dont know, Marquez seems to want this fight more, he took a huge paycut just to make the fight happen and he was almost at weight in Jan...this guy is hungry to beat Pacman, hes been willing to do whatever it takes to make the fight happen, even overriding Nacho who usually handles his negotiations.(which was the cause of the rematch not happening alot sooner)

He took Rocky Juraez shots clean and didn't get knocked down. Now normally i'd say about a fighter that has taken so many clean shots "he wont be the same for his next fight" but being Marquez i wont say that beliving his boxing can always bring him back to square 1.

I just hope we get the old Paquiao the one that beat Barrera the 1st time not the Paquiao we saw against Barrera the 2nd time around.
