How many Olympians has Miguel Cotto beaten as a pro?

For some reason, even though pro and amatuer boxing are completely different games, it interests me to see a fighter beat Olympians in their professional career.

I know Pinto and Abdullaev were at the 2000 Olympics.

Wikipedia says Quintana was selected to represent PR at the 1996 Olympics, but he doesn't show up in the names of the competitors on Wikipedia's site about Boxing at the 1996 Summer Olympics.

    Just curious, that's all.

So was Quintana selected to go and declined or was that statement on Wikipedia just flat out wrong?

On his HBO Bio page it says he was selected for the 1996 Olympic team but I can't find him anywhere in any of the results. Maybe he was an alternate.
