Not that Hop has lost much, but I think he liked the atmosphere while on the Floyd/Hatton press tour and that has something to do with fighting Cal. Im one of Hop's biggest fans and think those two losses against Taylor still doesnt go down well with him.
Roy, in every interview you can tell he misses the fame, besides money, taking on a big name like Trinidad, Im thinking he thought he could recapture some of that, but Tito was just too small to consider it a noteworthy win. I think thats why he carried Tito for basically 12 rounds, a knockout would solidify to everyone Tito didnt belong in the ring with him, going 12 makes it seem like Tito did belong in the ring with him.
