Valuev is the favourite and he will probably win this fight, but I will be rooting for Lyakhovich, he has the tools to pull off the upset...If Sergei shows up in shape and focused than he has a chance of pulling it off, hopefully he has recovered from that heartbreaking last second KO loss to Briggs...Lyakhovich looked terrible in that fight, but to be fair, he was sick and suffering from fatigue, he was not even close to 100%.

          OK battle of the underachievers

          A battle of the Losers!
@ guys who SHOULD be top HW's and creating a huge stir in the division.
Sergie at 6'4" and well skilled BUT hasn't beaten ANYONE of note and looked like recycled dog **** against Briggs. A MOST disgusting display of cowerdice and fear!
He should have DOMINATED Briggs, who came in WAYYY over weight and all juiced and muscled up.
It will take a long time to erase the bitter memory of that below lackluster outing.
Lykovich HAS the POTENTIAL to be the next Golota, a guy who showed promise and was a game fighter many times. Needless to say when people talkk about you failing to be as good as Golata was..YOU SUCK!

          AS for the giant...
Decent skills and punch output and obvious physical advantages.
Seems reluctant to fight agressivly or to really come in top shape...I think that the looks in this case are not decieving....While people say he is an intelligent person he must be dumb as a post to fail to capitalise on his abilities and dominate the HW division..If at 14' 22" and 3215 lbs he cant dominate 6' 200 lb Hw's he REALLy is dog****!

This guy was (IMO) the ONLY guy who had the chance to dominate the HW division, CAPTIVATE the world media ,boxing and non boxing , and present a challange (real or imaginary) to top big skilled and fit Hw's (like the klitschkos) the potential for HUGE fights boggles the mind! The $$$ this guy could have made?? would have fed a russian village for 10 years!
Breaking Marciano's record, etc.... what a shame!

I don't know if I can forgive him for squandering the greatest opportunity in sports, maybe ever in the world.
          Worlds biggest FAILURE.....so far....
          what a shame....

Valuev by decision. Lyakovich's long layoff will affect him and his last performance against Briggs was less than stellar.

well they claim that sergie was sick against briggs so if thats true he still may have something to show other than what he did against briggs! plus i am not sold on valuev either, and he was noting special against ruiz so sergie has a legit shot!
