Slows down your punches and movement. And like Lennox Lewis said, all the weightlifting in the world cant give you a stronger CHIN. Classic

Not only does it make u slower, but you burn out much quicker.

Your muscles start to really burn if you have to much muscle. After 4 rounds Lacy is fighting on pure heart. His arms must feel like lead.

its very bad to have so much muscle on your body. very bad

Yea, slowness. There are different types of strengths as well. Some one with this much muscle probably has little speed/explosive strength which is important in boxing. In other words, this guy could not land a punch.

I bet he's slow as ****. I've boxed guys with huge arms and it doesn't necessarily make you a power puncher. You get to big and you will lose speed. Just look at Mosley when he went from 147 to 154. You could see a big difference in his hand speed.

muscles will only help give you little if any punching power increase! once u learn how to punch and use maximum effectiveness they say that increasing it by a large margin is not happening! as you lift weights and get more bulk your muscles tire much faster as the lactic acid builds up and burns them faster. making u tire much more quickly. u also become less flexible, and don't move as well!
