I dont see why Hatton is getting criticised for it
because technically Hatton is still the Champ at 140.

but Isaac is actually a worthwhile opponent. he beat Nate Campbell, but in reality it was probebly a draw from what Ive read. but that was at 135...

Technically Floyd Mayweather is the champ at 147.. But that is not stopping him from Fighting a washed up promoter who he has already beaten..

The fight would probably be at 140, The south african fella seem to have come from the lightweight division to 140/147...good opponent though..The guy has fought known name so not too bad for a pick me up fight.

youre right, and I expect more out of Floyd too. No double standards from me, Floyd fighting Oscar again is ridiculous and a waste of time to me. The fight with Hatton should have been at 140 lbs too, although it made no difference at all in the fight.

Team Hatton refuse to fight at 140, They KNEW hatton would be by Mayweather so they figured we get to keep our 140 championship.

Would've loved to have seen him fight Paulie, Witter, Torres, D. Hop, Holt...hell even Juan Diaz showed interest and willingness to move up to fight Hatton.

Remember that list of "possible opponents" that was in an article a while back I suspect that was BS at the time but hoped it was true I guess it was total BS.

From his record he looks better than 95% of Junior Witter's past opposition. It looks an OK fight for Hatton ease his way back into winning ways.
