I'd say Hopkins by UD. I don't think Pavlik could KO Hopkins, which would be his best chance of winning. Hopkins is the better boxer, would outscore Kelly in a close fight.
I don't believe he has faced a guy that was a volume puncher in his career, and he used to be more active, him throwing 350 punches in a fight vs Pavlik just won't get it done IMO.

Wright threw over 1,000 punches his fight prior to b-hop. His game play was to throw 80-100 punches per round and simply outwork b-hop. That game plan was entirely shutdown.

Wright looked sloppy in that fight and came in looking like he was on a Krispy Kreme diet and it was the first time he fought above 160. Hopkins did do a good job of taking Wright away from his gameplan though, Hopkins did look a little slower than when he fought Tarver.

Pavlik is a 6'2 power puncher who has a high output, I think Hopkins can neutralize that a little but I don't think Pavlik would get affected like Wright did. A prime Hopkins definitely beats Pavlik though.

Edit: I also think that Hopkins' low output would work against him against Pavlik.
