Paul Williams need to get in the WEIGHT ROOM!!

Williams is still my boy and all, but he need to get in the weight room or something. He has the power of a flyweight/lightweight. He was also getting thrown everywhere when tied up and he was the heavier man that nite. He has the skill to up to Middleweight but no power at all to compete with the Jermaine Taylors or Kelly Pavlik. He need to work on power, defense, slick boxers and fighting southpaws.

What he needs to do is throw a strong jab instead of that jab that resembles a person that is swatting away flies.

No it's not that he's not in the weight room. For anyone who works out Paul Williams problem is clear. He's fighting in a weight class lower than the one he should actually be fighting in. It's unhealthy to starve and dehydrate yourself to make weight. He weighed in at 146 and jumped up to 164 overnight. That's unhealthy and not only does a person lose water and fat but you also lose muscle. If he actually fought at 160 he would be a lot stronger because he would be healthier.

Lol, no difference between the power of a flyweight and a lightweight huh?

I agree, he needs skill more than anything else.

Accuracy and defense should come way before power on his list of priorities.

I think he need to try 154, 147 might be to hard for him to make weight he is 26 or 27..he is at that age were you naturally gain weight. He should try 154. He will still be a freak at 154 with his reach and all. 147 is no joke right now. Its by far the toughest division in boxing.

He should just try and fight at 154.

He doesn't need to go to the weight room, he needs to practice his boxing skills and think more instead of brawl.
