headbut early on, Joe breaks a hand.... you can never say never. If I was Bernard, I would go against type, gamble, and put all my energy into winning the first couple of rounds, try and stick a headbut for a cut then run away Sven Ottke style and smother when needed.
Unfortunately, he'll have to go some to snatch the early rounds and if he uses up that energy and fails then he's in trouble. The clinches may also be a problem as Joe isn't a ***** in close. But never say never, Bernard is a wily old Bastard.
Would I be suprised if he won?? YES
Is it beyond the realms of possibility?? NO
