Hatton wants the Pretty Boy

How many times are we going to have to go over this? Floyd won emphatically and it was never really a competitive contest. A rematch will never happen unless Hatton ko's Cotto and Witter. Please watch the fight closely again, there was some infighting of which Hatton got the worse of. Mayweather is simply the superior fighter, a far better pedigree, its that simple.
I think Hatton is still binge drinking, He needs some psychological help after the KO he suffered, He shows NO class complain about how he was scared to hit a fighter..Yeah right Ricky, Face facts or sick some counselling..YOU got KTFO...deal with it.Comment

Another uneducated casual sports fan, listen my man, Floyd was fighting for a wbc title against a tough legitimate champion after 1 year as a pro, he has been at the pinacle of his sport since then. Floyd Mayweather beating Ricky Hatton in Vegas, Manchester or on the Moon in a 10 foot ring with Ray Hatton as ref is just about as gospel as you can getComment

Who wouldn't want a rematch against someone who KO'd them if they got 20 Million dollars the first time around? That one fight generated more money for Hatton than the entire collection of his previous 43 fights combined. The outcome would be the same, I'm sure Hatton knows it.Comment

I don't see the point in a re-match,the gulf between the two was very clear and nothing is going to change that.
You can change referees,locations,whatever...but nothing can change the fact that Mayweather is simply better.
But....I don't see the need for a Dela Hoya/Mayweather rematch either, other than to line their pockets again...greedy bastards.

If Hatton stuck to a game-plan of not head-hunting and actually trying to go for the body. I'd give him better odds. I'd still have Mayweather as a very strong favourite though. I'd say that Hatton would maybe beat Mayweather one or two times out of ten and that would require an immaculate performance that you simply cant expect to put together every time. If Hatton fought to the head like he did in the first fight, I dont think that he'd ever beat Mayweather. How many times are we going to have to go over this? Either way, I think that Hatton should move onto new things and not look for a rematch. Thats not to say that I think that he even is actively LOOKING for one. I just think that everyone is asking him about it.
Nonsense. Hatton shows a lot of class towards Mayweather. He gives an honest assessment in that he thought that the fight wasnt well refereed (which most people who saw the fight agreed with, Hatton fans or not?) and that he lost his head and let his gameplan go to pot. He also publicly talks about how classy Mayweather has been to him since the fight, which makes both of them come across very well indeed. It's pleasing to hear that Floyd can have the humility and class to support his talent. Shame he doesnt let us see it more often.Comment

frloyd: I will do anything to have the love of the fans like you Ricky.
Hmmm, interesting. would he even throw a fight in Wembley? and put on a phony act of humility and grace towards Ricky so he can have the love of the fans. fraud experienced the Hatton fan experience up close and now he wants some of that. his ego wants that kind of true love, not the yes men he has all around him and the indifference he gets from USA fans. floyd is an unloved great. he wants to be loved. but only real people, real warriors earn that. fraud will have to fight Cotto take his savage beating and show class to Cotto. throwing a fake loss to Hatton will only show more proof he is a PHONY. and nobdoy likes a PHONY nobodyComment
