Overated and exposed...

There are a million examples of why the triangle theory doesn't work in boxing but people still try to use it.
Frazier beats Ali, Foreman destroys Frazier - making Foreman a huge favorite against Ali (we all know how that went.)
Jerry Quarry TKO 1 Earnie Shavers, Earnie Shavers KO 1 Jimmy Ellis, but Jimmy Ellis M15 Jerry Quarry.
etc
etc
etc.
Just because Quintana beat Williams who beat Margarito doesn't mean that neither Williams or Margarito would stand a chance against Cotto (who beat Quintana.)Last edited by Jim Jeffries; 02-10-2008, 12:19 PM.Comment

Skelty, I agree with you, when people were picking him against Floyd. What I'm saying you can't call the man overrated and exposed after one off night, a fight that should've been a draw. Williams will be a tough fight for any welterweight and that includes Floyd.
The reason William was getting all the hype is,
A) He beat the the most feared man in boxing.
B) Most boxers did not want to fight him
C) He's 6' 2" Welterweight
D) He has the same reach as WladComment
