It'd be a good fight to test the waters at 154 but I'd rather see Forrest vs Williams.

What about Forrest vs Angulo at 154 late 08 or early 09?

I havent heard of this guy but just going by boxrec...maybe you can tell me further?

        height 5′ 10″
        reach 69“

cant see that as a good thing against Williams considering he is 6'3 and 84" inch reach

He had already got a SD and MD against fighters with poor records but thats early in his career. Is he any good though?

I'd go for mid 09 after Angulo has a few more fights under his belt against better opposition at 154. Forrest beats him now, no doubt in my mind and I'd be hesitant to pick him in 09.

I never thought of him fighting Forrest, but someone else mentioned it...and I'd personally give him a great chance against Vernon @ 154.

Alfredo isn't disasterly slow, and he isn't exactly weak...Him vs Williams/Forrest would be perfect for him career-wise. Both fight's I've seen him in, I'd personally favor him against Paul Williams and Vernon @ 154.
