Sure he'll lose, but he'll make another 15 million or so for his trouble. Tito's going to milk his fan support for everything it's worth. He's apparently not concerned with his boxing legacy that he is destroying.

Please don't waiste our time with that nonsense King. Hopkins would school him again. These dudes are just trying to cash in as much as they can before Tito grows a belly again.

If he really wants to get back on the active roster of fighters, he should hit the gym up real hard and drop down to middleweight and fight somebody like Felix Sturm for a title to see where he is at.

imagine if trinidad never left the welterweight division how great his legacy would've been. that is sad IMO cuz a boxer should be rewarded for taking big unnecessary fights even if he loses.

He could've just stayed a welter and been one of the greatest if not the greatest unbeaten welter ever. even as a jr. middleweight he could've taken over that division but because the talent was thin he went for the biggest fight he could and got his first lose at middleweight.

yeah, I agree, hopkins is a no-no. but instead of middleweight I think he should drop down to jr. middleweight which is one of the weakest divisions. the current title holders in that division are Joachim Alcine, Sergeii Dzinziruk, Corey Spinks and Vernon Forrest. He should atleast be able to get 2 belts in that division and in the process regain respectability for his legacy.

wouldn't think he could make 54....he was in great shape and struggled to make 170.

Tito needs to be put in with a fighter who would be more willing to trade with him as opposed to boxing against him. He needs a Mayorga type fighter. I don't think Tito is milking his fans, maybe DON KING is, but Tito just wants to do what every other fighter before him and after him wants to do and that is retire on a big win, that wasn't going to happen against Jones and it certainly won't happen against Hopkins.
