flores smacks a right hand off a lunging wilson, still working his jab, flores is constantly moving but wilson is the one taking deep breaths.

jab stat 23-2 for flores...

flores with a stining jab counter, wilson just cant close the distance with jumping in

not much action in the round but again have to give it to flores quite simply becuase wilson is doing nothing,

nice right from flores followed up by a jab... very nice left right from flores, wilson keeps following.... wilson raises his hands at the end of the round but im not sure why..... gotta give it to flores again.

Round 7:

First half of the bout is complete. Darnell needs to make a match of it and really start turning up the heat. He has been outboxed by some cruiserweight talents in the past and has not fought in over 8 months, lets hope he produces the knockout.

When Darnell rushes in Flores takes a step forward and covers up well. This is really working well for him. If he steps back then he will leave his chin exposed and likely will get his head taken off by Wilson. This defensive tactic is obviously something Flores has been working on in the gym.

Flores is starting to doubt himself but Wilson needs to take the fight to him more. He's wiffing a lot and that gives Flores confidence and takes it away from Wilson.
