New BOXING SCENE PREDICTION LEAGUE

Let me know if u like this new idea. Or have anything to add/subtract from it. Or have a new idea all together. i thought the old version got kind of tiresome.

instead of the usual point system thingy i had, i would do this:

Everyone takes 10,000 points and puts the rest in their banks. If you dont have 10,000 ill give you it.

I will then copy-paste a Bodog.com betting sheet, or some professionaly made odds from a website on all the fights during the upcoming week, onto a new post in this board.

And you can choose which fights and which bets to bet on, but u must bet all of your points.

So the bets include who will win a particular fight, and if the fight will last over/under a particular round.

You can choose which bets u wanna bet on and how many points u want to bet on each one, and all that stuff. but again, u have to bet all ur points every week.

At the end of everyweek, the 2 lowest scores get the boot.

Any revisions to the idea or any new ideas???

Cause this is also easier for me too it just relies on honor stystem.

Oh, and you bet by donating points to me and in "donation reason" you put ur bet. So the players will also have to trust me too, but im not gonna keep any of your points.

Ive been thinking it might be cool if for the Prediction Time threads theres like a buy in to make a prediction, and whoever gets it right collects the pool of money. we had a similar idea going on for a long time a while ago.

You'd get points for however close you got a prediction right. ANd lose points for a wrong prediction. And there were standings and stuff.

We did a couple seasons of it and then when the last one ended, i just stopped doing it cause it was a lot of work.

I wanna start a new though, with this new system that i just posted, so if ur interested in helping me out or something let me know

I see. Well, no reason why we cant co-exist peacefully. Im gonna start a thread weekly called Prediction Time and after it starts to make some progress introduce the idea of a buy-in with a pool of e-money and the person(s) who get the prediction right on the nail collect the loot. Yours seems to be cut from the same cloth as bodog so thats cool. Both of our ideas are good.
