Well done to ITV for getting this fight. This figures to be a very competative fight with two big punchers so I'm glad that its on terrestrial TV. It gives Carl a chance to showcase his skills to the nation in his biggest fight to date. I need to see some of Inkin to before I make a prediction, but what I will say is that I hope he has a good chin because it will be tested in this fight.

I dont Know much about Inkin either.. It has been published that they fought in the AMs.. with Inkin winning... But Froch had him down.. and if the fight went one more round Froch would have KO'd him...

SO I think we can ascertain.. That Froch is able to Hurt Inkin

Yeah isn't a good sign if you are fighting someone who was able to hurt you in the amatuers. I don't suppose you know what weight they fought at in the AMs and when they actually fought?

All I can find is Froch was 88-8 as an AM.. and held belts in the Middleweigth class... So I guess it was most likely at Middleweight..

The fight with Inkin was in 1999

Thanks for that. Both fighters would have been early 20's when that bout happened then. It will be interesting if the fight plays out the same in the pros. Anyone know where I can get some footage of Inkin? thanks in advance.

The Froch Hype will officially end after Inkin knocks him out. I have followed Denis Inkin's career for a few years, he is the real deal. I cant wait for this ****ing fight to happen.
