Why do people like fighters from their native country?
Is it patriotism? HELL NO!
It is convenience, nothing more.
Okay, I live in the US, and say my favorite fighter is Junior Witter. How am I supposed to watch him kick Vivian Harris's ass? I can either:
1. Sopcast it.
2. Avoid all the spoilers and wait for someone to upload it.
#1 ****ing sucks, because watching a fight in Sopcast ****ing sucks. It is tolerable to listen to while doing something else, and that is about it. #2 is ****ing impossible... no one can keep their damn mouth shut.
So the next time you slag off on someone because all of their favorite fighters are from their home country, step back, and remember why, so you don't look like a ****ing idiot.
