So Danny Green is the WBA light heavyweight champ, does anyone know who his next opponent is? he very rarely gets talked about for any prospective fights, does anyone think he's worth talking about? I know Mundine beat him quite easliy, but he did come back quite well when he pummelled a subdued Stipe Drews. So does Danny have a future in light heavyweight?
Danny Green - Any thoughts?

I think he does if he picks the right fights. As we saw with the Mundine fight he can be outboxed, so he'd be best to avoid the slick boxer type. Check out the Aussie forum dude, there were rumours that he was going to possibly fight WBO champ Zsolt Erdei. -
Stipe Drews , should have got no purse in that fight , he gave the title away , ran and would not engage all night , he then retired and started a restaurant .
Danny Green is a tough fighter but limited , he is better suited to Lt Heavy as he had to kill himself to make 168 , his new trainer Salles has put too much caution and patience into Green , he needs to be aggressive and go after an opponent as he is very mechanical and easily worked out by good speed boxers , Danny is boxing well but his fire is not the same as when he beat Lucis and destroyed Beyer before being robbed by officials , Fenech had him to fired up and Salles has put him to sleep , he is rugged though and no easy beat .Comment
