For me Lewis-Holy 1 was probably the worst robbery i've ever seen.

These three decisions were VERY controversial:

Jeff Fenech v Azumah NelsonI was an absolute disgrace.
Jersey Joe Walcott v Joe LouisI was another absolute disgrace.
Bob Mirovic v Nikolai 'Lumberjack' Valuev was major BS decision.

It's sad that Fenech and Walcott both lost their rematches.
They would be even more known today if they had gotten the decisions go their way in the first fights.

Walcott could've beaten Louis, Charles and Marciano. Marciano did beat him fairly but Walcott was up on all scorecards until Rocky got that legendary right hand flush into Walcott's jaw.

Fenech could've been a 4 division champion.

It was sad when Fenech got KO'd by Nelson in rematch. I was 13yo and remeber sitting there stunned and my heart sank when Fenech got dropped for the second time then the ref stepped in and stopped it. The first fight draw robbed Jeff of his heart and soul. Walcott dropped Louis twice and befuddled him with his savvy style which Louis found hard to deal with. Louis even left the ring right after the bell when the officials strongly recommended Louis to hang around for the scores to be read out.

Reid in his prime was a great fighter, to think this clown Ottke retired undefeated!

The ref job would make Joe Cortez happy!

Reid the only fighter in history to lose a point getting headbutted, Hatton the only fighter in history to lose a point hitting the top rope!

Absolute disgrace , a long slow death would be too good for that ref, an utter travesty, but then again he comes from a country that normally surrenders before war is actually declared , and Ottke comes from the eastern half of Germany which still holds athletics records fuelled by decades of drug cheating, Plus Germany in general is famous for diving footballers, elbow smashing goalkeepers and an F1 driver that was so good he didn't need to cheat but couldn't help himself. Fortunatley most people who know boxing will laugh Ottke to his grave 'his "achievements" are all there on video for people to laugh at when anyone tries to bring the **** into a serious debate about great boxers. In boxing terms, he is irrelevant

Maybe its the way I've been bought up, but I wouldn't want a belt if I knew I won it through cheating. Ottke is a particular disgrace cause of his constant crybaby whinging in the ring, the ref just pandered to him.

I'd love to do a show where they scanned real fights onto the computer, but changed the image of the fighters so that they couldn't be recognised then got the original judges to score them those scores would be very interesting.

Dude! This is a load of BS! Fighters get checked out by a Doctor before they fight and would not have let Azumah fight if he had malaria. Were not talking about a general cold here!!! Malaria's serious s*** to have. And if the Doctor let Azumah fight with malaria the Doctor should be banned from ever practicing again. This is just Azumah's BS excuse for getting taken to school in first fight.
