With every fight there is great risk. There have been many deaths, injuries and also damages from single fights or long term damages. If people have an attitude "this fight should have been stopped early or shouldn't have happend etc" then we pretty much would cancel out all experiences.
If thats the kind of mentality we have when somthing bad happens then I guess Ali should never have boxed due to his health, Watson should never have fought Eubank, Griffith should have stopped punching earlier.

read my post. i said it was a tragedy and nobody would wish what happened the gerald on anyone. However it shows the character of the man when he is talking about killing another fighter in the ring. His actions outside the ring were also disgraceful. If you think its ok to hype a fight by claiming you will kill your opponent then thats your choice, but its not mine.
