Greatest Comeback..

Not quite boys...
Corrales didn't actually look seriously hurt in any of those knockdowns... at least he still had his mind and body acting normal.
John David Jackson was knocking Jorge Castro around for nearly the entire fight, and finally in the 9th round, he nailed him with a straight left that sent Castro reeling into the ropes. He went for the kill, landed a few more punches, and the referee was about to step in, and then..
BOOM
Left hook, Jackson goes down. He got up twice but had nothing, and got knocked down the next two times by punches he blocked... 3 knockdown rule was in effect, so that was the end of the fight.
I think it is better than Diego's comeback to be honest.Comment

Foreman vs Moorer.
Moorer wins almost every round against the 18 (almost 19) year older Foreman, hitting him almost at will for 9 rounds. Rd 10 pop, fight over. Though I guess you could argue that George was not seriously hurt in the fight, he definitely got hit with a lot of punches and had no chance of winning the fight at that point on points.Comment

m harris v.s d jefferson
harris knocks jefferson down in the 6, and after a couple of clinches harris drops his guard, and jefferson fires a left hook from hell that KNOCKS harris out completely, referee didn't even bother to count.
Labeled by Ring Magazine as the KO of the year (99).Comment

Corrales was actually in the fight the whole way and staggered JLC several times late in the fight to attest to that. That comeback came in the final round.
You fellas need to look to the 50's to find the greatest comeback of all-time. The answer to this thread is Archie Moore's comeback, knockout victory over Yvon Durelle. Durelle knocks Moore on his ass three times in the first round and has him in BAD shape. The fight would have been stopped today, but Jack Sharkey allowed Moore to continue. Moore was dropped again later in the fight and was battered for the majority of it. He turned it around in the 9th and 10th however and dropped Durelle in the 10th, ultimately stopping him in the 11th.
Wicked fight, brutal slugfest, AMAZING comeback.
After that I can think of Gatti/Rodriguez and Whitaker/Hurtado. Gatti looked like he was in a car accident after the fight was over. Unbelievable courage that took to come back and flatten Wilson.Comment

Arturo Gatti-Wilson Rodriguez: Gatti was down in the second round and badly swollen, then found his range with body shots and cut down the fight. Then with one punch, Gatti blasted Rodriguez out with a killer left hook.
Archie Moore-Yvon Durrelle: In the first round, Moore looked so old and fragile as Durrelle pounded Moore to the canvas three times in the first. Moore goes down again in the sixth but then he turns the tables with his craft. By the end of the fight, Moore was in the driver's seat and knocked him out.
Lamon Brewster-Wladimir Klitschko: Brewster was getting the living crap beat out of him for four rounds and then was knocked down. Wladimir implodes and gets blasted out and left gasping for breath.
Jorge Castro-John David Jackson: Castro was bleeding profusely and the ref threatened to cut his title shot short if he didn't turn it around. Jackson was putting on a show with how badly he was embarassing him. Foolishly he starts clowning his man and gets blown away by one left hook. He never recovers and goes down twice more in the round.
Gerry Penalosa-Jhonny Gonzalez: It was all Gonzalez until he found himself short of breathComment
