who wins? Mean Joe Greene vs Andy Lee

Andy Lee's trainer, Manny Steward, is talking some big ****. He thinks Lee can take on winky, pavlik, and other notable names in the MW division. IMO this guy hasnt even made his mark yet. I think a better fight for lee would be to fight another hot prospect name Mean Joe Greene. If they fought this year, who wins?

I like Mean Joe Greene but I don't think he's so skilled to deal with someone like Lee, Joe should fight a few more under the radar fights and go some rounds against not so good opposition to practice his technical game some more. Joe can fight but he's more of just that, a fighter, and his Boxing gets lost in the mix, there's only a little bit while Lee can Box and ****, he always keeps a hand up so he's always in position to strike and with his power and style I think he can hurt joe before Joe hurts him, I wish Joe the best, this is why I want him to take his time but fighting Lee now would result in a loss, Emmanuel Steward knows his **** yo he taught Lee VERY well, I was pretty impressed with his last bout.. Pavlik he wont beat, now nor ever IMO but Greene he beats, I just hope Greene's people are smart enough to keep that from happening and let Joe become an undefeated force, a Jeff Lacy who can actually Box technically ya feel me.

Joe doesn't look that impressive to me to tell the truth. Andy should handle him in a pretty good bout.

I thought this was gonna be the consensus opinion, but this fight makes more sense for lee than a fight with winky or pavlik this year.

Joe Greene is a very good boxer puncher,he has impressed the hell out of me,Andy sometimes leaves himself open for the straight right/left,Joe can PUNCH,he could connect
Andy is a great middleweight prospect,but sometimes he doesnt fight at a high pace,especially lately,Joe Greene would make him WORK,and hes gota great tight Winky Wright type defence to go with that speed and power
Right now Lee is more polished,but when Greene has a few more fights,i wouldent be suprised if he beats Lee on pure work rate and punch output,he can jab,gota left just as good as Lee's,if not more power behind it,and a picture perfect right hook to the liver

Andy Lee is a special talent but Greene is all warrior. Lee would be able to come up with the win after a tough, close, ebbing flow fight.

Maybe I have to watch Greene fight again but he really doesn't look that talented to me. He does have some damn good power though.
