That knockdown was totally legit and had Del Valle been a bigger puncher, he might have pulled "The Tarver".

But did you ever notice how hard Roy hits the matt when he goes down. All three times, he's hit the floor pretty hard and that doesn't help much.

When you see someone like Tito go down, his head never bounces off the mat, he just kind of folds. Roy totally collapses when he's been put on the canvas.

yeah, all of Roy's knockdowns have been pretty violent and dramatic.

It's a fight man what do you think? Roy looks like he took the punch well tried to move and maybe slipped or didn't have legs under him for a second.

unless you have been clocked in the face and lost your legs its hard to make any kind of educated observation.

when i used to box and id get clocked with a good shot my legs would go and theyd comeback 2 seconds later, its a strange feeling but you get used to it. some guys like RJJ forget the feeling cause they go so long without getting hit flush. same with wlad klitshko... and when they do get caught they dont even remember the feeling or how to deal with it.

                total knock down

if anyone out there think he slipped then they are definitely roy jones fans... because if that knock down had occured in say the first minute , whoa ... roy would had probably got knocked out...he was hit right on or behind the ear... bad punch for anyone to get hit... that,s why it was a delay...

That was legit, but wasn't anything too serious.
