DLH and PBF are business partners. If you are able to put all the tv drama aside they are great friends. If DLH didn't want PBF to bring it up then it will not be brought up. If DLH actually decides he wants to include that in the shenanigans building up to the fight then PBF will talk about it. My guess is that DLH does not want that stuff mentioned. A few extra PPV buys isn't worth it to DLH for all the embarassment that would follow. This is not a situation where PBF can just say anything he can think of to mess with DLH. Most terms of how the drama will unfold have been plotted and discussed.
