As a San Francisco Policeman for near a decade, I was put in some situations that would tax your emotions to the point where you just felt like crying yourself! Giving a Mother the news her child is dead, or having somebody pass away in front of you, this can be both mind-blowing and life altering. Having not been of that mindset since 1988, I thought the sickened feeling that can only be mustered by an unexpected death, that it had left me.
