Nope, Cotto and Williams have other belts other than the WBC. When a fighter wins a belt, all the other belts take them off their rankings.

That makes sense right? pff. thats the absolute worst flaw of those belts. I wouldnt even have that much of a problem with them, but they basically go out of their way to prevent unification nowadays by doing that.

Berto is the WBC mandatory, of course the ABC organizations don't rank the other world champions, of which Cotto and Williams are.

Berto and Mayweather have the same manager/advisor, so there is no pressure on Floyd to deal with that.
