Henry Crawford-Thomas Davis To Clash on 2/9

Union City, NJ - An opponent has been named for undefeated welterweight Henry Crawford (17-0-1, 8 KOs) this Saturday night on the ‘Night of the Rising Stars’ card in Union City, NJ. Knoxville, TN native Thomas Davis (16-6-2, 7 KOs) will be the one to trade punches with the Paterson, NJ product. Davis is best known for his first round destruction of Crawford’s brother-in-law, the WBA #2 and IBF #10 ranked junior welterweight Kendall Holt. “He is a tough guy and he comes to fight. I’m ready to go and give the fans a good show with my skills I am going to display on the 9th,” said Crawford from his home in Paterson. [details]

Crawford is very focused and hungry, he barely goes out. He made a bad decision earlier in his adulthood that sent him to jail but he's turned his life around.

His trainer Nettles Nasser has been fundamental in keeping Crawford grounded.
